Terms of use
Effective 15 September 2026. These terms cover the website at assetconnect.ai and its content. Use of the AssetConnect AI product is governed by a separate agreement between AssetConnect AI and the customer organisation.
Using this site
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is operated by AssetConnect AI (legal entity name and registered address).
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, submit false or misleading information through its forms, or use automated means to submit forms or scrape content beyond what search engines ordinarily do.
Content and accuracy
We aim to describe the product accurately. Capabilities marked roadmap are planned and not yet available. Everything else described on the site is available in the product at the time of writing. Descriptions on this site are for information and do not form part of any contract; what the product does for a given customer is defined by that customer’s agreement with us.
Nothing on this site is advice on regulatory compliance, medical device reporting, or any other regulated matter. Decisions about complaint handling and reportability remain with the customer organisation and its procedures.
Demo requests
Submitting the demo form is a request for contact, not an order. We may decline a request. Documentation you share with us for a demo remains yours; you confirm you are entitled to share it, and we use it only to prepare and run the demo, as described in our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, diagrams, and screenshots, and the AssetConnect AI name and logo are owned by AssetConnect AI or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site, and use the files in the press kit to refer to AssetConnect AI accurately. Any other reproduction needs our written permission.
Third-party links
The site links to the AssetConnect AI product at app.assetconnect.ai and to third-party sites such as LinkedIn. Those are governed by their own terms.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties about the site and its content, and we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data collected through the site.
Changes
We may update these terms and the site at any time. Changes take effect when posted. The effective date above tells you when the terms were last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of jurisdiction, e.g. the State of California and the United States, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you are entitled to where you live.
